Reflecting on my recent visit to JW Marriott Aerocity as a Guest of Honour, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and nostalgia. This very property was once my workplace, a place where I learned the art and craft of culinary excellence. Interacting with the talented Bakery and Pastry team brought back a flood of cherished memories.
Returning to JW Marriott feels like coming home. The knowledge, confidence, and skills I gained during my tenure here have been invaluable. I owe much to my mentors and well-wishers who guided me along this journey.
To all the young and aspiring pastry chefs out there, I have a message for you: Embrace this creative field with passion and dedication. The world of pastry arts is as rewarding as it is challenging. Your hard work, creativity, and perseverance will shape your path to success. Never stop learning, never stop innovating, and always believe in the magic you can create.
